With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Jackie has built HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent, and coaches executives on change management, performance, and diversity and inclusion. She was previously Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for HR and Talent for the City of Philadelphia, and is a past president of Philly SHRM.
