Change management for executives looking to take their new or existing teams to the next level. This is both the safe-harbor-sounding-board and the kick-in-the-pants you need to realize success. You will align your actions with your values and aspirations, in every realm, at every level. The process can be customized to fit your needs, but the coaching generally includes:

Initial Assessment

Includes needs analysis with participant, online 360-degree Questionnaire with manager, peers, direct reports, and others.

Customized Development Plan

Participant and coach jointly develop.

Coaching Sessions

Twice a month for 90 minutes or once a week for 45 minutes. Includes weekly reports from participant followed by feedback from coach.

Quarterly Reviews

Four-hour face-to-face strategy session to review milestones.

Includes needs analysis with organization to identify key issues, roadblocks and opportunities.
